If you have clients who sell products online and have e-commerce websites, you've definitely heard about the Amazon® Brand Registry. It is an exclusive program offered by Amazon® that legitimizes your client's brand. It also gives your client advantages over non-registered brands. But how do you go about counseling your client's on their rights and obligations of being an online seller?
That's where this class will come in handy. Understanding the Amazon® Brand Registry will take place onTuesday, Dec. 5, 2023 at 4pm EST/1pm PST. It will be led by Mario Simonyan, one of the leading experts on the Amazon® Brand Registry. Mario has built and sold not one, but two, 7-figure Amazon® private-label brands. He is the Founding Attorney of ESQgo, the preeminent law firm for Amazon Third-Party Sellers and is the best-selling author of "On the Corner of IP and Amazon."
Fun fact: Mario is also one of Sonia's earliest 2 Weeks to Trademarks students! He enrolled back in 2018 and has been crushing it in his law practice ever since.
Below is a general list of what will be covered, but please feel free to bring your questions for the live Q&A afterward as well. The estimated time for the class is 75 minutes.
And yes... ✓ It will be recorded ✓ You have lifetime access ✓ There will be time for live Q&A ✓ CLE credit is offered (woohoo!)
